ABOUT THE VENDOR Mobile UK Limited was established in December 1996. We aim to be the preferred supplier of crockery and cutlery handling systems to ‘resellers’ in the food service equipment supply industry throughout the UK and Ireland. We have a flexible approach to our customers’ requirements and can solve almost any crockery handling problem by customising our products.

This document sets out some frequently asked questions and sets out Mobile UK Limited’s compliance with the principles of GDPR.

HOW WILL MOBILE UK LIMITED USE PERSONAL DATA? We will use this data to process your orders, manage your account and to mail product and pricing information. Additionally, we process data to enable us to manage financial risk, protect against fraud and meet regulatory compliance requirements. This information is not shared outside of Mobile UK Limited.

DOES MOBILE UK LIMITED OBTAIN CONSENT FROM THE INDIVIDUALS IT PROCESSES DATA ON? Consent is not required when personal data is processed for legitimate business purposes.  

HOW DOES MOBILE UK LIMITED MEET THE GDPR PRINCIPLES? We meet the GDPR principles as follows: we do not process data in a manner that is incompatible with what it was collected for; we collect the minimum amount of data to ensure our data is accurate and up to date; we only store the data for as long as it is necessary, and we have the appropriate measures to keep the information confidential.
