General specification: Mobile tray dispenser / receiver, designed for use in tray washing and servery systems. Can be customised to suit any size of tray. Capacity up to 120 trays, maximum loading 200 kg. Multispring mechanism to give easy adjustment for different tray weights. Removable panels to facilitate spring adjustment. Fitted with push handles, side and corner bumpers and four 125mm diameter castors, two braked. Generally finished in stainless steel.

Self levelling tray clearing trolley where the tray platform stays at an almost constant level. Ergonomic benefit for the restaurant customer and the catering staff – no bending or stretching to load the trolley in the dining room or to unload it in the dishwash area. Allows full utilisation of the trolley. The unit is custom made to suit the site.

General specification: Holds two trays on each slide. Capacity of 20-24 trays. Loading and unloading level between 920 and 1300 mm. Trolley frame manufactured in stainless steel, tray slides and side panels in aluminium. Four swivel castors, two braked, in ‘diamond’ configuration.
