General specification: Heated incounter soup well with drain kit. Capacity approximately 10 litres. Thermostatically controlled by remote (up to 1500mm) thermostat, mounted in control panel. Control panel cutout 148 high mm x 86 mm wide. Overall incounter dimensions 260 mm (320 mm with drain valve) high x 312 mm diameter. Supplied with lift out soup pot and hinged lid with ladle notch. Fitted with cable and plug. Electric load of 400W. Operates from 230V - 50HZ - 1PH electric supply. Includes drain kit which we recommend be installed to facilitate cleaning.
